TIme to tune up your lighting
At Lighthouse Outdoor Living we are all about restoring your outdoor lighting to what it looked like the first night. That is why we offer yearly maintenance contracts. This is much more beneficial than just replacing the bulbs on your own as they go out. First of all bulbs have a domino effect. When one goes out it send more power to the others shortening their life. This is why every year we recommend a re-lamping. For simply the price of the bulbs we go through and change them all. We adjust any lights that need it, trim any bushes that have grown in the way and reset your timers. We also give you a 1 year warranty on the bulb at that time, effectively you will never have a bulb go out! Also not all bulbs are created equally. Light bulbs like that which go in a standard bullet light come in 4 different wattages and 6 different beam spreads. This enables us to custom every light to get the best effect at your home. For example if you have a 3 story home and we are are trying to reach an archway at the top we might use a 35 watt 8* beam versus a light on an ornamental tree we may use a 20 watt 38* beam.
We can also retrofit your existing halogen lighting system to our new green LED system. LED is very exciting in that the bulbs last 15-20 years and burn 10% of the electricity. While retrofitting to LED costs a little more upfront the break even point is usually in the first 2-3 years! You will see attached a photo of a home done with 3 watt LED bulbs (thats only 36 watts total). Also the backyard with only 1.6 watt LED in the path lights and 3 watts on the trees. LED is the FUTURE and the future is HERE!

Holiday Lighting
At Lighthouse our Holiday Lighting division has become a big demand. Our philosophy is to offer the best product that can not be purchased in the stores and then to offer the homeowner a setup, takedown and storage. Basically everything you want from the holidays without the hassle of actually having to climb up there and do it!
